Who we are

A distributor you can reach on one number

VK Finserve is run by Veerendra Kumar A D, an AMFI registered mutual fund distributor. We distribute regular plans of mutual fund schemes to families, salaried professionals, business owners and Indians living abroad.

The work is not glamorous and we do not pretend otherwise. It is folios opened correctly, KYC kept current, instalments that do not bounce, nominations recorded, and a statement that arrives when you need it at filing time. That is what most investors actually want from the person who handles their paperwork.

  • AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor — ARN-26777, EUIN E044787
  • Authorised Person with Aditya Birla Money for NSE, BSE and MCX

Why investors stay

Small office, unusually complete records

A distributor is only as useful as the records behind them. Ours are kept so that any question — what did I invest in 2019, when does this ELSS unlock, who is the nominee on this folio — has an answer the same day.

  • Consolidated statements across every AMC you hold
  • Capital gains reports prepared before filing season, not during it
  • SIP, STP and SWP mandates tracked with dates and amounts
  • Nomination and bank mandate changes followed to completion
  • Written confirmation of every transaction we place for you
Regular plans No advisory fee charged Commission disclosed
Records and statements maintained for every investor folio
How it works

Four steps, no surprises

We meet, and we listen

A call or a visit to our office. You tell us what the money is for and when you need it.

KYC and paperwork

PAN, Aadhaar, bank details and FATCA — completed once, checked properly, and kept on file.

Scheme selection and execution

Schemes are shortlisted against your stated horizon and risk comfort. You approve before anything is placed.

Service that continues

Statements, SIP changes, redemptions, capital gains reports and nominee updates, for as long as you hold.

Reach

Nationwide service, worldwide investors

Our office is in one town, but our investors are not. Folios are opened, serviced and redeemed for people in Bengaluru, Mangaluru, Mumbai, Delhi and beyond, and for Indians living in the Gulf, Singapore, the United Kingdom and North America.

Everything that can be done on paper can be done over email, video call and WhatsApp. Where a wet signature or an in-person verification is required by the registrar, we tell you upfront and arrange the shortest route to it.

NRI investing is routed through NRE or NRO accounts and follows FEMA rules. Some schemes and some AMCs restrict investors resident in the United States and Canada — we confirm eligibility before any application is submitted.

In their words

What investors tell us

Experiences shared by our investors. They describe service, not scheme performance, and they are not an indication of any future result.

Our SIPs were spread across three apps and nobody could tell us the total. One meeting and now everything comes in a single statement.

SSharath M.Karnataka

I am in Dubai and my KYC had lapsed for two years. It was sorted over email and WhatsApp without me flying back.

PPrasanna R.NRI investor, Dubai

Demat account was opened with Aditya Birla Money in the same week, and the capital gains statement arrived before I asked.

LLakshmi D.Karnataka

My ELSS instalments were unlocking on different dates and I had no idea which ones I could touch. They keep that calendar for me now.

GGanesh B.Bengaluru

What I value is that nothing is verbal. Every transaction comes back to me in writing the same day.

RRekha S.Mangaluru

A mandate kept failing for months and nobody had told me. Here it was flagged the first time it bounced.

Why SIP instalments work best when left alone

Market falls are exactly when a monthly instalment buys more units. Here is why stopping a SIP in a weak month usually costs more than it saves.
